Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out efficiently, handle reservations, and answer incoming calls.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and common spaces.
- Room Preparation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Payment Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions during check-out.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required (Entry Level).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively and professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
