Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and handle reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and reservation systems.
