Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Concierge Services: Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and front desk.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests in a calm, professional, and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
