Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments promptly.
- Manage hotel reservations, including making changes and cancellations.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is required; we provide paid training.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
