Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and public spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with a focus on de-escalation and service recovery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
