Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in/out procedures, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces to the highest standards.
- Concierge Assistance: Offer local recommendations, arrange transportation, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, manage reservations, and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and access points, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude with a strong desire to serve.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform cleaning duties.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.
