Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our luxury standards.
- Amenities: Restock guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) and ensure rooms are fully equipped for arrivals.
- Bedding: Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all furniture is arranged neatly.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or broken fixtures, to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Sanitation: Follow strict health and safety protocols regarding chemical usage and waste disposal.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests or colleagues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and minor imperfections.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a positive attitude is more important than experience.
