Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our standards.
- Process payments and manage reservations using our property management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
