Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect daily cleaning activities to ensure adherence to hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or needs promptly.
- Coordinate room availability and turnover schedules to maximize efficiency during shift work.
- Address guest complaints or requests regarding room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related role.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in operating hotel management software is a plus.
