Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and answering inquiries regarding local attractions.
- Maintenance Standards: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces to meet our premium standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Perform accurate data entry for billing and registration while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move freely throughout the property.
