Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and escalate when necessary to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software or basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
