Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
