Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and a smile.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email inquiries, and handle reservations accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Assist housekeeping with room turnovers and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to tourists and business travelers.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to uphold the highest standards of facility hygiene and aesthetics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
