Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal in public areas and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with event coordination and housekeeping duties to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize daily hotel functions and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
