- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a pristine guest environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
