Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests with a warm smile as they arrive, assisting with any immediate needs or questions upon entry.
- Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment by promptly addressing spills and ensuring common areas are presentable.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones professionally and respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate information about local attractions and hotel services.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down for hotel events and conferences, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
Qualifications

- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
