Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms or common areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand service standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Valid Tennessee hospitality or food handler certification (if applicable)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
