Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to the highest standards of excellence.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations to enhance their stay.
- Operate hotel management software to manage reservations and guest profiles accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to hotel security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
