- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping staff with room preparation and turnover tasks.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Uphold the hotel's safety and security standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
