Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, guest rooms, and common spaces.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing or data entry.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the hospitality industry is required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
