Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide directions or information about local attractions.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Lobby Operations: Monitor lobby areas, manage luggage for guests, and handle basic concierge requests.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor is essential.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
