Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle basic cash transactions and prepare nightly reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software (training provided).
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
