Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest room standards through detailed housekeeping protocols
- Operate reservation systems and manage booking inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards while resolving guest inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and meeting room preparations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols as per brand guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
