Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and folio management with absolute accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and organize the reception area to reflect our high standards of luxury.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating special requests and events to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
