Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Room Maintenance: Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well-stocked.
- Operations Support: Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Event Assistance: Help set up and break down for events, conferences, and banquets, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to uphold our high standards of service and safety protocols.
Qualifications
