Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment and collecting necessary information.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing information and assisting with reservations.
- Monitor hotel security cameras and perform regular rounds to ensure guest safety.
- Assist guests with any questions regarding local amenities, directions, or services.
- Handle minor guest complaints or requests in a professional and calm manner.
- Perform night audit duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
