Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Address guest requests promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/bell staff
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for daily operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Act as primary information resource for local attractions and services
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications and PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
