Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and public spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Support special events and banquets by setting up and breaking down equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
