Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Generate daily reports and manage reservation modifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fosse)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
