Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.

- Assist with check-ins and check-outs using our property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to ensure a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
