Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-night arrivals/departures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures overnight
- Prepare detailed operation reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS or similar hotel management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for errands)
