Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Process payments and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems, POS)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification for F&B roles
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
