Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipating needs
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to resort standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler's certification (for F&B roles)
