Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist with room preparation, housekeeping coordination, and maintaining public area cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately, escalating complex issues to management.
- Process reservations and manage guest databases with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
