Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Linens & Amenities: Change bed linens, restock toiletries, and ensure rooms are fully equipped for guests.
- Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests politely to ensure their comfort and address any specific requests.
- Inventory: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and laundry carts as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
