Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
- Monitor and manage inventory of lobby supplies and amenities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Valid California driver's license is a plus.
