Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and requests.
- Ensure the lobby, front desk, and common areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
