Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy in billing and folio management
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Manage room reservations, VIP check-ins, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience with shift work availability
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation options
- Strong multitasking capabilities under high-pressure situations
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification preferred
