Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas.
- Operate hotel management software to manage reservations and billing accurately.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and supporting front desk functions.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
