Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities while maintaining cost controls
- Address guest requests promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Train junior staff on proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Submit detailed maintenance reports for room deficiencies
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
- COVID-19 safety certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
