Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
