Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas following industry standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and brand-specific service standards
- Assist with special events, VIP guest handling, and concierge services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – we provide full paid training
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
