Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional customer service at front desk or in guest rooms
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest areas and accommodations
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Follow all safety protocols and brand standards
- Handle basic administrative tasks and reservation systems
- Uphold positive guest experiences during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork ethic
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Reliable transportation to work site
