Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to high standards.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in daily operations, including laundry, maintenance, and stocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
