Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warm hospitality and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage service and process payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
