Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with basic food and beverage service in our lobby lounge
- Operate hotel software systems for reservations and billing
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy

- Valid driver's license preferred
