- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas following brand protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as required
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
