Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge support, and guest inquiries
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitization, and public area maintenance
- Assist with event setup, food service, and banquet operations for conferences and weddings
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards and emergency protocols across all departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hospitality software

- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
