As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued guests. We'll teach you everything you need to know about reservation systems, guest relations, and operational procedures. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information in our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports with precision
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness and professional appearance
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
