Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk and common areas
- Process check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public spaces
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities
Qualifications
